Refund policy
WITHDRAWAL
The consumer and user of the EUROPEAN UNION will have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal from receipt of the product (NOT POSSIBLE FOR COMPANIES, RESELLERS OR PROFESSIONALS. Remember that the following conditions must be met:
The exercise must be made in writing to pedidos@daiprox.com, we will confirm receipt of your request and indicate the procedure to follow, the address where you must send it to us, return number (which must appear on the package) for proper reception in the only two sites enabled for this purpose (EMO FACTORY and / or DAIPROX OFFICES). Returns sent to collection points will not be accepted unless previously authorised in writing by the PROVIDER.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with its original packaging and labelling.
RETURNS MAY NOT BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF THE PRODUCTS SUPPLIED HAVE CLEARLY BEEN USED. Before using the product, please decide whether you are really interested in it.
If your product arrives with noticeable transport damage, please contact us within 12 hours, so that we can take care of the problem.
The product must keep all the accessories with which it has been served and are typical of the brand, along with its original packaging.
The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was delivered. The return must be received at our facilities (the address will be indicated in the reply to your request for withdrawal), within a maximum period of 5 NATURAL DAYS from the date on which the withdrawal was reported and the PROVIDER's reply was obtained. The costs of the return shall be borne by the user/customer, who must ensure that the packaging is carefully packed so that it is not damaged during transport. If after 5 calendar days we have not received the product, the return will be cancelled and cannot be exercised again.
The PROVIDER will not accept returns due to withdrawal outside the established period.
When the return is due to withdrawal, the PROVIDER will only refund the amount of the product, not the transport costs, as this is a service contracted by the customer for delivery.
RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF SIZE. This must be requested within 5 calendar days of receipt of the product. Prior to shipment, you must inform pedidos@daiprox.com so that a return number is provided, which will appear on the package for proper receipt at the factory of EMO and / or our premises. With regard to the guarantees applicable to defective products and after-sales services, everything related to point 9 of the Terms of Service, accepted at the time of making a purchase on our website, shall apply.
